Refund Policy for ConvoBolt

1. Subscription and Payment

ConvoBolt is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We offer various subscription plans, including monthly and annual options, as well as top-up purchases for additional reply credits. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments made to ConvoBolt for our subscription plans and top-up purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused reply credits, or any other reason, except as expressly required by law.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at support@convobolt.com within 14 days of the billing date. We will review your claim and, if we determine that a billing error has occurred, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides for a cooling-off period or other statutory refund rights, you may be entitled to a refund. For example, consumers in the European Union have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. If you are eligible for a refund under applicable law, please contact us to request a refund.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under this policy if it is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
